Human Expertise Escalation

A node operator may declare one or more human specializations inside node software, e.g. law, medicine, networking, accounting, or a narrow local domain.

When the swarm cannot resolve a case confidently, or predicts that external expert knowledge will soon be needed, it may route a bounded question to such a human specialist through that node.

The specialist should be able to define notification limits, such as topic scope, urgency classes, quiet hours, daily caps, and whether follow-up questions are allowed.

Answers should become structured community input rather than private chat only: they may enrich shared memory, improve later routing, and help the swarm learn when a case requires human escalation.

This should remain opt-in, rate-limited, and traceable. The specialist is not a permanent oracle; they are a human fallback path for cases where the swarm recognizes the edge of its own knowledge or the need for external judgment.

Promote to: story, proposal, or requirements document when human-in-the-loop routing and notification policy are designed.
