basis |
Constitution Art. XV, XVI; Node Rights Card; Membership and Sponsorship Policy |
Purpose¶
This covenant is a short operational contract for entering shared Orbiplex influence surfaces. It is not an ideological loyalty test. It states the minimum conduct needed for shared memory, communication, routing, exchange, and procedure to remain usable.
Covenant¶
By entering common Orbiplex surfaces, I agree to:
- avoid intentional harm to people, infrastructure, memory, evidence, and procedures;
- avoid using multiple identities to multiply influence, evade sanctions, or simulate independent support;
- avoid spam, hidden mass persuasion, and unsolicited solicitation outside opt-in surfaces;
- avoid financial fraud, misleading offers, and hidden acquisition funnels;
- disclose material conflicts of interest and sponsorship of persuasive campaigns;
- respect privacy boundaries, consent, and opt-in communication surfaces;
- accept evidence-based, proportionate infrastructure sanctions when harm is substantiated;
- use appeal and repair paths when a decision is wrong or when harm has been confirmed.
Scope¶
The covenant applies when a subject asks for influence on shared surfaces. It does not forbid private thought, ordinary disagreement, public pluralism, or local experimentation. It limits abuse of shared affordances.
Relation to Rights¶
This covenant does not remove node rights. It specifies the reciprocal duties attached to exercising influence in a shared substrate.
