Decision¶
The content may be embedded into memarium-runtime as Crisis Seed v1 and
sealed on first daemon start with the Node AEAD key alias
key:node:self:epoch:1:aead.
The seed remains local, encrypted, append-only, and node-held. It is not Seed Directory material and is not a substitute for operator-entered crisis notes, which remain a separate operator-held AEAD surface.
Notes¶
The embedded content intentionally contains no operator secrets. The emergency contact entry is a placeholder and exists to prompt first-run replacement or supplementation with real local contacts.
